Q. We would like to book free parking?
A. Each suite has its own dedicated free parking area.

Q. Can I store my bikes at Ticketyboo?
A. Yes, we have secure bike storage in our barn.

Q. What is the earliest we can check in?
A. Check in times start at 16:00hrs

Q. Can we drop our bags off before 16:00hrs?
A. Yes, if you let us know in advance we can arrange a suitable time for you to drop your luggage off.

Q. Do you have WiFi
A. Yes we offer free WiFi to all our guests.

Q. Do the rooms have TVs?
A. No, we promote peace and tranquility and the opportunity to remove yourself from the world, switch off your tech, and tune in to the natural surroundings. However, we have free WiFi so if you want to catch up on your tablet then this is possible.

Q. What are your Covid-19 Precautions, Preparations and Protocols?
A. We realise that many people still have concerns when it comes to staying with us but rest assured our main objective is that you can escape with confidence. In response to Covid–19 we have enhanced our exacting standards to a new level across all aspects of our operations. The changes we have implemented are based on the guidance from HM Government Public Health England and the National Health Service, supported by industry specific advice from UK Hospitality. Due to the constantly changing nature of this guidance and advice we will continuously monitor and review our practises and protocols and update immediately. The information below may therefore change without notice.
General Practices & Protocols:
• We as hosts will wash our hands ( or use hand sanitiser) prior to preparing your room and any meals and regularly throughout your stay
• We will have to self isolate if we feel unwell or show any signs of Covid –19
• We will follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain social distancing wherever possible
• Please respect any social distancing measures in place in accordance with HM Government guidance
• We have cleaned your bedroom and ensuite bathroom with extra care and additional sanitisation, such as light switches, door knobs and blind operating mechanisms.
• We have removed non essential items to minimise contamination risk such as maps, books, magazines
• Please wash your hands when you return to your bedroom
• Please use WhatsApp chat or phone us to communicate where possible
• We are unfortunately unable to provide bathroom toiletries
• The highest food standards will be maintained
• Social distancing will be in place in all common areas
• Hand sanitisers will be provided for your use at the doorway and public areas • Salt and pepper pots will be removed and available on request
• Your room key will have been sanitised and left in the door for you. Please leave the key in the door on your departure
• If both suites are occupied simultaneously then we will regularly sanitise the guest entry door and ask that we stagger breakfast times to avoid close proximity
Finally, we ask that as a guest at Tickety Boo you commit to letting us know if you have any of the Covid – 19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or loss of taste or smell either when you check in, check out or anytime within a week of departing so we can assist with tracing.

Q. How do we find Grange Farm when we reach Stape?
A. If travelling from Pickering, Grange Farm is situated on the left before the red telephone box. If travelling from Goathland, then Grange Farm is on your right after the red telephone box. When you come up the driveway can we please ask that you follow it round to the right of the main house. Your private entrance can be found on the left. There are signs for each suite to show you where to park your car.

Q. Do you accept children or pets?
A. As we promote peace and tranquillity for all guests at Ticketyboo suites we are unable to accept children unless you are booking both suites for the full duration. We are happy to accept children of all ages in this instance. Due to our free range chickens and our elderly golden retriever we are currently not accepting dogs.

Q. Are there any shops nearby?
A. The nearest town is Pickering where you can find several supermarkets and local businesses selling freshly made food to take out along with some fabulous eateries too.
